Rental Criteria

• All adults (18 years or older) must complete an application to rent.  
• All data and references provided on the application must be verifiable with all references having a good history and positive current standing.  

• It is our intention to comply with the federal Fair Housing Act and any local ordinances, by ensuring that apartments are available to all persons without regard to race, creed, color, national origin, citizenship or immigration status, families with children, sex, marital status, sexual orientation, or disability. 

• Applicants must provide verifiable proof of lawful sources of gross income, totaling 2.5 times or more the amount of rent.
